Wuxi High-tech Zone and GE Healthcare signed the "Strategic Cooperation Memorandum on the Smart Healthcare Industry," jointly defining three major development directions: enhancing the innovative R&D and production capacity of medical devices produced in China in Wuxi, deepening ecosystem cooperation within high-end industrial clusters, and strengthening the incubation of medical innovation enterprises. With Wuxi at its core, the initiative comprehensively upgrades the new layout of the medical science and technology innovation cluster in the Yangtze River Delta, joining hands to build a Yangtze River Delta "Science and Technology Innovation Circle" for smart healthcare. Concurrently, GE Healthcare's "Wuxi Innovation Center" was officially launched. The first batch of tenant enterprises—Shennan, Dewei, Maid Intelligent, and Shukun Technology—signed strategic cooperation agreements with GE Healthcare. Five production lines for ultrasound, anesthesia, patient monitoring, and ECG equipment have been established at the Wuxi base, comprehensively covering both high-end and primary healthcare markets.
