Danaher Reports Strong Q3 2021 Results and Raises Full-Year Core Revenue Growth Guidance Above 20%

Net earnings for this quarter (ended October 1, 2021) were $1.2 billion, with diluted earnings per common share of $1.54, representing a 33.0% year-over-year increase compared to 2020. On a non-GAAP basis, adjusted diluted net earnings per common share were $2.39, representing a 39.0% increase compared to the same period in 2020.

Revenue increased by 23.0% year-over-year to $7.2 billion, including 20.5% growth in non-GAAP core business.

Year-to-date operating cash flow was $6.0 billion, up 51.0% year-over-year: non-GAAP free cash flow was $5.2 billion, up 46.5% year-over-year.

For the fourth quarter of 2021, the company expects non-GAAP core business growth to be in the range of 13% to 16%.

For the full year 2021, the Company currently expects non-GAAP core business growth, including Cytiva, to exceed 20%.
