NeoCura and MDimune Announce Strategic Collaboration to Advance CDV-Based mRNA Therapeutics for Oncology

Pursuant to the agreement, NeoCura and MDimune will jointly explore opportunities in exosome-mediated delivery of mRNA vaccines for the treatment of tumor diseases. Following initial success, both parties will advance further commercial collaboration.

Through this collaboration, NeoCura will receive technical support from MDimune’s BioDrone® technology in the field of exosome-delivered mRNA cancer therapeutics. At the core of the BioDrone® platform is CDV, which has been proven to offer higher production efficiency and therapeutic potential compared to conventional exosomes. Leveraging proprietary process technologies, this versatile platform enables the large-scale production of CDVs from various cell sources, facilitating targeted and efficient RNA delivery to specific targets.
