HeartCare-B (06609.HK) Completes Capital Injection into WeiQi, WeiLang, and ShenJi Medical Subsidiaries

Gelonghui, October 28 |HeartCare-B (06609.HK) announced,The Group has recently completed the increase in its capital contributions to Shanghai Weiqi Medical Technology Co., Ltd. ("Weiqi Medical"), Shanghai Weilang Medical Technology Co., Ltd. ("Weilang Medical"), and Shanghai Shenji Medical Technology Co., Ltd. ("Shenji Medical").

Upon completion of the capital increase, the registered capital of Weiqi Medical was increased from RMB 5 million to RMB 70 million, and the registered capital of Weilang Medical and Shenji Medical was increased from RMB 10 million to RMB 70 million, respectively. Each of them remains a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company.
