MicroPort Acquires Majority Stake in Argus to Accelerate Precision Medicine in Pan-Vascular Domain

Recently, MicroPort Scientific Corporation signed an agreement with Suzhou Argus Medical Technology Co., Ltd. and relevant parties to acquire a 51% controlling stake in Argus. Going forward, MicroPort will take full responsibility for the market promotion and application of Argus products.

According to publicly available information, Argus was founded in 2016 and is dedicated to the research, development, and manufacturing of high-end medical imaging products, focusing on the promotion and application of cutting-edge optoelectronic technologies in medical imaging and therapy. Previously, Argus had completed its Pre-A, Series A, and Series B financing rounds.
