At the 4th China International Import Expo (CIIE), Beijing Novartis Pharma Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Beijing Novartis") and Lingke Technology (Beijing) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "LinkDoc" or "LinkDoc") formally signed a memorandum of strategic cooperation. Building on Beijing Novartis's strengths in the research and development of innovative oncology drugs and leveraging LinkDoc's advanced healthcare platform featuring data technology and AI, both parties will engage in multi-level cooperation across areas such as Patient Care Centers (hereinafter referred to as "PCC"), smart pharmacies, innovative payment, and digital insights. Through digital empowerment and resource integration, the collaboration aims to enhance patients' access to innovative medicines.

In recent years, the volume-based procurement (VBP) policy has not only compelled pharmaceutical companies to strengthen innovation and drive transformation, but also accelerated the separation of prescribing and dispensing and the outflow of prescriptions. Consequently, Beijing Novartis Pharma Co., Ltd. has shifted its focus to the out-of-hospital market, establishing a diversified marketing system to ensure the rapid access of innovative drugs to patients. LinkDoc specializes in providing patients with personalized, full-cycle, one-stop health management services. Leveraging internet hospitals and PCC, LinkDoc has developed a data-driven, innovative integrated physician-patient management service platform, capable of delivering services such as prescription outflow management and patient care.

Drawing on extensive practical experience in the field of "city-specific inclusive commercial health insurance," LinkDoc will collaborate with Beijing Novartis Pharma Co., Ltd. on innovative commercial insurance programs to facilitate rapid and precise patient access to Novartis's innovative drugs, while ensuring drug accessibility and providing patients with multi-tiered payment support to reduce their medication burden.

Reportedly, LinkDoc’s insights into oncology big data and health management were also a key factor in Novartis’s decision to partner with the company. Novartis operates across multiple therapeutic areas, including oncology, and has long been committed to researching, developing, and manufacturing high-quality innovative medicines to provide patients with longer, healthier, and better lives. Leveraging advanced healthcare data technologies and AI-driven analytics, LinkDoc can overcome critical bottlenecks in oncology drug R&D by generating high-quality data that drives transformative efficiency. This capability empowers Novartis’s medical and market research initiatives, accelerates the market launch of new drugs, and streamlines their commercialization process.

Both parties also look forward to leveraging this strategic cooperation to jointly build a bridge for digital healthcare, exploring integrated innovations across doctor-patient interactions, pharmaceutical supply channels, internet hospitals, insurance, and pharmaceutical companies, thereby facilitating the establishment of a "multi-tiered healthcare security system" that benefits more patients.
