On November 6, the launch ceremony of the "Caring for Carnations" Women's Health Initiative, hosted by the China Development Research Foundation and co-organized by Danaher, United Family Healthcare, GE Healthcare, Ikang Health Technology Inc., and other institutions, was officially held at the Danaher booth at the CIIE. With the continuous advancement of social development and urbanization in China, supporting women's physical and mental health, strengthening family development, building harmonious households, and enhancing the well-being of Chinese families in the new era have become the foundational work and a crucial component of high-quality development in contemporary Chinese society. Partnering with Global Industry Leaders to Strategically Expand into the Breast Cancer Market
On the same day, Ikang Group and Mammotome China, a subsidiary of Danaher Corporation, signed a strategic cooperation memorandum of understanding, aiming to safeguard the breast health of Chinese women through more advanced diagnostic and therapeutic methods. The agreement was jointly signed by Qian Zhongjun, General Manager of Mammotome China, and Wang Zhaohui, Vice President of Ikang Group.

Mammotome has long been committed to advancing the legacy of early breast cancer detection technologies and driving innovations in cancer diagnostics to improve patients' quality of life. In 1995, the Mammotome brand developed the vacuum-assisted biopsy system, providing support and education to clinicians worldwide, and became a pioneer in the field of minimally invasive breast biopsy.

Partnering with Global Industry Leaders to Jointly Safeguard Immunity
Meanwhile, Ikang Group and BD Medical signed a cooperation agreement at the China International Import Expo (CIIE). Leveraging BD Medical’s technological expertise in flow cytometry and Ikang Group’s experience in health management, both parties will jointly advance the popularization and application of immunity assessment in the health management sector. Hu Yiqing, Vice President of Biosciences for BD Greater China, and Wang Zhaohui, Vice President of Ikang Group, among others, attended and witnessed the signing ceremony.

Through this collaboration, both parties will leverage their respective strengths to integrate flow cytometry technology into health management, enabling the quantification of previously intangible immune functions. This will further explore the value of immune assessment in early disease warning and sub-health risk alerting, while investigating targeted strategies to balance immune status and ensure the optimal functioning of the body’s natural defense mechanisms.
