`Hengkelai`^®Following its inclusion in the Huiminbao (inclusive supplementary medical insurance) programs in Shanghai, Wuhan, and Nanning, enrolled patients may apply for reimbursement of CAR-T drug expenses in accordance with local policies, significantly reducing their out-of-pocket financial burden. In July 2025, the National Medical Products Administration officially approved Hengrun Dasheng's Class 1 innovative biological product -- lenikicabtagene autoleucel injection.（Trade name: Hengkailai^®, English trade name: HICARA^®）new drug marketing application. Hengkailai^® For the treatment of adult patients with relapsed or refractory large B-cell lymphoma after two or more lines of systemic therapy, including diffuse large B-cell lymphoma, not otherwise specified; diffuse large B-cell lymphoma transformed from follicular lymphoma; high-grade B-cell lymphoma with MYC and BCL2 rearrangements; and high-grade B-cell lymphoma, not otherwise specified.
