Asymchem Signs $481 Million CDMO Supply Agreement with Major U.S. Pharmaceutical Company

On November 16, ASYMCHEM announced that during the ongoing provision of CDMO services for a small molecule chemical innovative drug from a certain large U.S. pharmaceutical company, its wholly-owned subsidiaries, Asymchem, Inc. and Jilin Asymchem Pharmaceutical Chemical Co., Ltd., recently signed a new batch of the "Supply Contract" with the client for the relevant product. As of the signing date of this contract, the cumulative contract amount for the CDMO services of this product has reached 4.81 billion U.S. dollars, and the new supply contract has officially taken effect after being signed and sealed by both parties.
