Recently, Rejuve Biotechnology has completed a Series A financing round raising tens of millions. This round was led by Highlight Capital, with WinX Capital serving as the exclusive financial advisor and continuing to oversee subsequent financing activities. The funds will be primarily allocated to advancing clinical studies for Rejuve's core product—a recombinant botulinum toxin developed based on a synthetic biology platform—as well as to the construction of an industrial production base and international expansion.

The product was developed using a gene-engineered strain design and construction technology platform, which significantly reduces the prominent biosafety risks associated with traditional botulinum toxin production.
