Waibao Network, November 23rd - EDER Medical (839056) shareholder Tao Yanping increased her holdings by 17.1218 million shares through inheritance on the stock transfer system. After the equity change, her shareholding ratio is 43.47%.

According to Wabei News, shareholder Tao Yanping completed the acquisition of 17,121,800 shares through inheritance on the China SME Share Transfer System. Before the equity change, Tao Yanping held 1.99% of the shares, and after the equity change, the shareholding ratio increased to 43.47%.

It is reported that Tao Yanping, the information disclosure obligor, has inherited 17,121,796 shares of EDER Medical directly held by Mr. Zheng Hongbiao through legal inheritance procedures and has obtained the Notarial Certificate (2021) No. 1480 issued by the Zhabei Notary Office of Shanghai, People's Republic of China.
