Vincent Medical (01612.HK) Enters Global Distribution Agreement with Medtronic for Inspired™ Respiratory Care Products

Gelonghui November 29th ┃ Yongsheng Medical (01612.HK) announced that on November 26, 2021, the company's indirectly wholly-owned subsidiary, Yongsheng Health Equipment Co., Ltd., entered into a distribution agreement with Medtronic (a global leader in medical technology).

According to the distribution agreement, the company appointed Medtronic as its inspiredTMHumidifier and accessories as well as inspiredTMThe preferred distributor of high-flow respiratory humidification therapy devices and accessories, distributing products in over 30 countries (including the United States, Argentina, Brazil, Mexico, the United Kingdom, and Indonesia), subject to prior regulatory approval from the respective countries, and with the authority to distribute to other regions.

Medtronic will be responsible for the sales, marketing, and distribution of the products. The group will be responsible for supporting these activities as well as product design, production, quality and safety control, regulatory affairs, lifecycle management, and meeting post-registration marketing requirements. The term of the distribution agreement is five years and can be automatically renewed for an additional 12 months each time.
