Sinus Medtech completes ￥100M+ RMB Series A financing to advance global product innovation and patient benefits

In January 2026, Sinus Medtech announced the completion of its Series A financing round, raising over 100 million RMB. This round was co-led by Guozhong Capital and Sherpa Healthcare Partners, with follow-on investments from Oriza Holdings, CD Capital, ZX Capital, and the Suzhou Industrial Park Science and Technology Innovation Fund. The funding will support Sinus Medtech's global innovation in medical products and patient benefits.

Sinus Medtech's core product, the "Ventricular Septum Radiofrequency Ablation System," has been included in the National Innovative Medical Device Special Review Process and has received the FDA's Breakthrough Device designation, reflecting its recognized clinical value. The product employs the PHASE technique (Percutaneous Helical Ablation of Septal hypErtrophy), which combines mature pacing electrode technology with cooled saline ablation to achieve percutaneous, precise, and minimally invasive ablation of the ventricular septal myocardium. It offers an innovative alternative to surgical myectomy and alcohol ablation for approximately 15 million patients worldwide with obstructive hypertrophic cardiomyopathy. Clinical enrollment is currently underway at leading institutions such as Beijing Anzhen Hospital, Capital Medical University, and Sir Run Run Shaw Hospital, Zhejiang University School of Medicine, where the product's quality and clinical value have been authoritatively validated. This round of financing will fully support the large-scale clinical promotion and international collaboration of the product, accelerating the resolution of long-unmet clinical needs in this field and enabling safe and effective innovative therapies to benefit more patients.
