Sunnyou (688626.SH) announced that the company's board of directors has elected Mr. He Yongzheng as the chairman of the second board of directors. His term will commence from the date this board meeting approves the resolution until the end of the term of the second board of directors.

The company's board of supervisors elected Mr. Li Zhifeng as the chairman of the second session of the board of supervisors. The term of office will start from the date of approval by this session of the board of supervisors and end on the expiration date of the second session of the board of supervisors.
