Elpiscience Appoints John Craighead as Chief Financial Officer Amid Latest Hong Kong IPO Filing

On January 4, Elpiscience announced the appointment of John Craighead as the company's Chief Financial Officer to comprehensively lead the company’s financial and corporate development strategies. The appointment takes effect immediately.

John Craighead has over 15 years of experience in the biotechnology field, holding senior management positions at biopharmaceutical companies such as GRAIL, Sanofi, Atara, and Human Genome Sciences, where he was responsible for capital financing, strategic cooperation, and investor relations. Early in his career, he worked in biotech industry analysis at Lehman Brothers and later served as Managing Director of the Biotechnology Innovation Organization (BIO). He is a recipient of the National Science Foundation Fellowship and earned his Ph.D. in Biological Sciences from The Scripps Research Institute in the United States.

John Craighead will be based in the United States and report to Dr. Xiaohui Ji.
