VISHEE (688580.SH) announced that the company's shareholder, Shenzhen Yanghe Biomedical Industry Investment Co., Ltd. ("Yanghe Investment") and its concerted parties Lian Qingming, Su Cailong, Li Xiaoming, Shi Zhuangping, Tan Fei, Yang Chongxiang, Zhou Dongyao, and Zheng Guihua, plan to reduce their shares in the company through centralized bidding and block trading methods by no more than 2.7161 million shares, which is no more than 3.97% of the total number of the company’s shares.
