Recently, ShuFang Pharmaceutical, an innovative company focused on the research and commercialization of rare disease drugs in China, has reached a strategic cooperation with Luca Healthcare, a company dedicated to digital therapeutics. Both parties will jointly invest in the development of digital therapeutics for rare diseases to enhance treatment benefits and quality of life for patients with rare diseases.

By leveraging patient-centered tool platforms and digital biomarker portfolios, these smartphone applications will help patients manage their complex conditions and provide guidance in treatment management to enhance the patient's treatment experience and outcomes. Taking Luca's first digital product as an example, it utilizes Luca’s neuromotor tools, voice-based biomarkers, and wearable devices, offering strong support for Shufang Pharmaceutical in the treatment of rare neurological diseases such as Myasthenia Gravis (MG), Adrenoleukodystrophy (ALD), and Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy (DMD).
