According to the comprehensive strategic partnership, Johnson & Johnson China Personal Health Care and Tencent will deeply explore digitally-driven methods to provide online health care services such as disease knowledge dissemination, disease consultation and management, and patient communication for patients and consumers.
At the content collaboration level, Tencent will create customized content collaborations tailored to different product lines for Johnson & Johnson’s Consumer Health business in China, based on insights into user demographics. Leveraging Tencent's public domain traffic advantages and platform credibility, the collaboration will continuously reach and influence consumers, further enhancing awareness of Johnson & Johnson’s personal health care products among potential audiences. At the product co-development level, by integrating Tencent's capabilities in the medical service field, both parties will use mini-programs as the primary platform for deep cooperation in innovative patient management and online disease education. Together, they will build a full-process patient management platform that comprehensively serves key touchpoints throughout the patient diagnosis and treatment journey, forming a closed-loop management system.
In addition, the two parties will also integrate online and offline resources to create a one-stop service platform that connects pharmacies, clerks, and pharmacists, and work together with upstream and downstream partners to improve operational efficiency. The current disease areas of cooperation between the two parties include antifungal, anti-allergy, antipyretic and analgesic, and digestive health. At the same time, the two parties will actively explore the digital applications of innovative digital technologies such as digital therapeutics, artificial intelligence, and cloud computing in the healthcare field, promoting the development and innovation of health management services.
