Sirnaomics will present the latest advancements in its GalNAc-liver targeting technology platform and the expansion of related product pipelines at the OPT conference in Boston, USA, on March 15, 2022.

Sirnaomics' proprietary GalNAc conjugate delivery platform relies on short peptide conjugates and/or unique RNA structures, which can knock down single or multiple distinct mRNA targets. The company's GalAhead™ delivery platform combines GalNAc targeting molecules with unique RNAi trigger structures, enabling simultaneous targeting of one (mxRNA™) or multiple (muRNA™) gene mRNA molecules. Dr. Dmitry Samarsky, Chief Technology Officer of Sirnaomics, will present data demonstrating the efficacy of mxRNA in primary hepatocytes (in vitro) and mice (in vivo). He will also introduce the results of a 33-week non-human primate study using the candidate drug molecule from Sirnaomics' leading GalAhead™ therapeutic program STP122G, targeting coagulation factor XI, and report on the progress of other therapeutic programs based on GalAhead™.
