Heart Medical-B (06609.HK) Appoints Guo Zhaoying as Joint Company Secretary and Authorized Representative

Gelonghui March 24th ┃ HeartCare-B (06609.HK) announced that Ouyang Weiji has resigned from (i) the position of joint company secretary; (ii) the alternate authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Listing Rules; and (iii) the authorized representative responsible for receiving legal process documents and notices on behalf of the company in Hong Kong as stipulated under Rule 19A.13(2) of the Listing Rules and Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong), effective March 24, 2022.

Guo Zhaoying has been appointed as the joint company secretary, authorized representative alternate, and legal process agent, effective from March 24, 2022. Zhang Han will continue to serve as the other joint company secretary.
