Data shows that the company was established in February 2004, with Yang Jie as the legal representative. Equity penetration shows that the company is 100% controlled by China Mobile.

News on March 29: According to reports, recently, Sonosemi Medical Co., Ltd. in Shenzhen underwent industrial and commercial changes, adding several new shareholders such as Guangxi Tencent Venture Capital Co., Ltd. and Suzhou Paiyi Venture Capital Partnership (Limited Partnership). At the same time, the company's registered capital increased from 2.9281 million RMB to 3.9407 million RMB, with an increase of 34.58%.
