Weisi Medical's TMS and Other Screening/Treatment Services Included in Beijing's Category A Medical Insurance Reimbursement

eCompany News: Recently, the "Notice on Standardizing and Adjusting the Prices of Clinical Diagnosis and Other Medical Service Items," jointly issued by the Beijing Municipal Medical Security Bureau, the Beijing Municipal Health Commission, and the Beijing Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, has officially come into effect. This notice further improves the pricing policy for medical services in Beijing and standardizes adjustments to the prices of certain medical service items. The charge standards for multiple screening and treatment projects of VISHEE, including transcranial magnetic stimulation, motor evoked potentials, and electromyography, have been increased and included in Category A of Beijing's medical insurance coverage, with full reimbursement by medical insurance. As China accelerates the implementation of rehabilitation policies and gradually enacts reforms in medical service pricing, more of the company’s screening and treatment projects, such as transcranial magnetic stimulation and pelvic floor magnetic stimulation, are expected to achieve nationwide medical insurance coverage and see improvements in charge standards.
