MicroPort Scientific Corporation Grants 10.9777 Million Share Options Under Its Share Option Scheme

MicroPort (00853) announced that the company has granted a total of 10.9777 million share options to 282 eligible participants (including four directors of the company and 278 employees of the group) under the share option scheme adopted by the company on June 18, 2020. The exercise price of the granted share options is HK$18.12 per share.
