On December 19, 2025, Worg Pharmaceuticals, a leading Chinese innovator in allergy immunotherapy, announced the completion of a Series D+ financing round raising over 300 million RMB. This round was jointly led by PICC CAPITAL and LongRiver Investments, with participation from several renowned investment institutions and funds. Existing shareholders, including CTS Capital and Mingfeng Capital, also continued their support.

The raised capital will be primarily allocated to advancing the global clinical trials of the company's core product candidates and accelerating the international expansion of both its commercialized products and its broader research and development pipeline.

Founded in 2018, Worg Pharmaceuticals focuses on the research and development of next-generation specific immunotherapies for allergic and autoimmune diseases. Grounded in the core scientific principle of specific immune modulation, the company leverages multiple proprietary and differentiated technology platforms to build integrated diagnostic and therapeutic solutions covering precision diagnostics, innovative treatments, and global commercialization. It is continuously advancing the implementation of its "Biotech + New Business Model" strategy.

Currently, Worg Pharmaceuticals has established a mature and expanding product pipeline. Several of its products have achieved commercial sales across Europe, the Middle East, Türkiye, Southeast Asia, and other regions. Simultaneously, the company is actively advancing the clinical development and regulatory registration of its core products for the Chinese market, aiming to address the current gap in technology and product offerings within China's allergy immunotherapy sector.
