Recently, Abogen's Omicron variant strain of the COVID-19 mRNA vaccine received clinical approval in the UAE. Targeting the Omicron strain, Abogen initiated the development of the mRNA vaccine at the end of November 2021 and completed the process from mRNA sequence design to obtaining preliminary immunogenicity data in mice within just 32 days. In addition to the UAE, Abogen is currently actively communicating with regulatory agencies in multiple countries worldwide, including China, with the aim of initiating corresponding clinical trials as soon as possible in accordance with regulatory requirements.
