Former Head of Janssen's Lymphoma Business Unit Departs and Files IPO Prospectus

On the morning of May 17, Xian Janssen announced to its employees that Zhu Jingyan, Head of the Lymphoma Business Unit of the HIPO Division, had decided to leave Xian Janssen to pursue external development opportunities, effective immediately.

At the same time, Xian Janssen has appointed Zhang Xianjun, the current head of the Patient Access and Program Excellence Team in the Government Affairs and Market Access Department, to succeed Zhu Jingyan in leading the Xian Janssen Lymphoma Team, effective immediately.

Zhu Jingyan joined Xian Janssen in September 2018 as the Deputy Director of Market Access and Government Affairs for Patient Access. She was promoted to Director of Patient Access and Project Excellence in 2020. On April 1st last year, she officially joined the HIPO Division to serve as the Head of the Lymphoma Business Unit.

Zhang Xianjun graduated from Nanjing Normal University in 2007 and worked at Pfizer before joining Janssen. On August 1, 2016, Zhang Xianjun was appointed as the Marketing Manager of the Oncology Market Department under the Oncology and Immunology Business Unit of Xian Janssen, responsible for the Velcade market team. Starting from June 1 last year, he officially took on the role of Head of Patient Access and Project Excellence Team in the Government Affairs and Market Access Department of Xian Janssen.
