Sirnaomics has established a rich RNAi therapeutics pipeline based on its dual-target siRNA therapy and polypeptide nanoparticle delivery technology for the treatment of various types of cancer indications. This includes STP705, the first drug proven in Phase IIa clinical trials to treat in situ squamous cell carcinoma of the skin, and STP707, which is currently in Phase I clinical trials for the treatment of various solid tumors such as liver cancer. Other preclinical projects, including STP355 for the treatment of colorectal cancer and melanoma, STP369 for head and neck cancer and bladder cancer, and STP779 for cholangiocarcinoma, have entered the late preclinical IND application stage. The phased goal of this product pipeline is to apply for initiation of clinical studies in 2023. AboutMichael Molyneaux, MD, MBA 

Dr. Molyneaux is a board-certified practicing physician in both Canada and the United States. Since 2015, he has served as the Chief Medical Officer of Sirnaomics (2257.HK), where he oversees the development of clinical operations, medical affairs, and regulatory affairs. He also supports several company projects, such as leading Investigational New Drug (IND) applications for various therapies, including fibrosis and oncology, and spearheading the efforts to secure three Orphan Drug Designations from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for STP705. After earning his Doctor of Medicine degree from Dalhousie University in Canada, Dr. Molyneaux began his clinical practice in 1998 and started conducting clinical trial research in 2005. He has served as the principal investigator for Phase II and III clinical trials for companies such as Shire, Pfizer, Smith & Nephew, GSK, and AstraZeneca. In 2012, he obtained a Master of Business Administration degree from Washington University in St. Louis, USA. Dr. Molyneaux is currently a Diplomate of the American Board of Family Medicine and a Fellow of the Canadian College of Family Physicians. He is also a licensed physician in California, USA, with notable achievements in clinical surgery.
