On June 1, Repare Therapeutics announced that it had entered into a global licensing and collaboration agreement with Roche for the development and commercialization of camonsertib (RP-3500).

According to the agreement, Roche will undertake the development of camonsertib and potentially expand the development to other tumors and various combination studies. Repare Therapeutics will receive a $125 million upfront payment and is eligible for up to $1.2 billion in potential development, regulatory, commercial, and sales milestones, as well as royalties on global net product sales.
