Shenshang Technology completes new round of financing to accelerate penetration of precision management closed-loop for chronic kidney disease (CKD)

China's leading digital chronic disease healthcare service provider, Shenshang Technology, announced the completion of a new round of financing. This funding was jointly contributed by Sichuan Yaoyigou Technology, a subsidiary of the listed company Hezongyy.com (300937), and Changchun Chuangxin Xieli Enterprise Management Center, with a total amount exceeding ten million of RMB.

Since its establishment in 2016, Shenshang Technology has consistently focused on the field of chronic disease health management, striving to build a top-tier chronic disease service brand in China. It has established significant expertise in innovative digital management for chronic kidney disease (CKD). Adhering to a "patient-centered" service philosophy, Shenshang Technology has developed a distinctive chronic disease management ecosystem through multidisciplinary team (MDT) integration.

It is reported that this round of financing will be primarily allocated to the research and iterative development of CKD digital therapeutics, the construction of an AI clinical decision support system, and the further expansion of the closed-loop "healthcare + pharmacy + insurance" ecosystem.

Chronic kidney disease (CKD) is often referred to as a "silent killer" due to its insidious onset and lack of obvious early symptoms. Data shows that CKD has become the third most prevalent chronic disease among Chinese adults, following hypertension and diabetes. However, both awareness and standardized treatment rates for CKD remain significantly lower than those for the former two conditions.

The severity of CKD management lies in its high complexity and long-term nature. Many digital health products remain limited to data collection without supporting clinical decision-making, while conventional health management services frequently deviate from core clinical pathways, making it difficult to effectively slow disease progression.
