Announcement from VISHEE (688580.SH): Shenzhen Yanghe Biomedical Industry Investment Co., Ltd. ("Yanghe Investment"), a shareholder group holding a total of 6.35% of the company's shares, along with its acting-in-concert parties Lian Qingming, Su Cailong, Li Xiaoming, Shi Zhuangping, Yang Chongxiang, Zhou Dongyao, and Zheng Guihua, plans to reduce their holdings in the company by no more than 4.1171 million shares, or no more than 6% of the company’s total shares, through centralized bidding and block trading.
