Novartis Plans to Petition U.S. Supreme Court to Uphold Gilenya Patent

Gelonghui, September 21st :: Novartis announced on Wednesday that it plans to file a petition with the U.S. Supreme Court to uphold the validity of its patent for the multiple sclerosis drug Gilenya and to overturn a decision made earlier this summer by the federal appeals court.
