The Highest Academic Institution in the National Science and Technology Community
China Finance and Economics News, November 6th, by reporter Du Ding — As a "full-attendance participant" at the CIIE for five consecutive years, Sanofi this year showcased strategic innovative exhibits from all its product fields, including immunology and inflammation, rare diseases, vaccines, chronic diseases, and consumer healthcare. The company also premiered five key products in China.
In terms of vaccine innovation, Sanofi Vaccines, in collaboration with Shenzhen Zhiliaoyun Technology Co., Ltd. and the Chinese Academy of Sciences, has launched a new generation of intelligent unmanned vaccine inoculation cabin. Sitting inside this new inoculation cabin, the vaccinator only needs to roll up their sleeve, expose the inoculation site, and the machine will quickly complete the injection after disinfection. This entire process takes an average of just 35 seconds. Additionally, the inoculation cabin is equipped with full environmental standard cold chain storage and automatic vaccine recognition functions, which enable vaccine traceability and secure storage, ensuring "zero-error" vaccine retrieval in the vaccination scenario.

Sanofi China Leadership Team Launches Sanofi's Fifth CIIE
"As one of the hallmarks of China's high-level opening-up, the CIIE brings tremendous opportunities to numerous multinational enterprises, including Sanofi. We look forward to showcasing our innovative achievements and renewed mission through this significant platform, conveying our spirit of innovation and commitment to China." said Wang Shi, President of Sanofi Greater China, emphasizing the importance of long-term stable development in the Chinese market. In the future, Sanofi will continue to adhere to a patient-centric approach, intensify R&D and innovation efforts, and contribute to the sustainable development of China’s local healthcare ecosystem.
According to reports, Sanofi has established a new mission for the company this year — "Pursuing Scientific Miracles, Revitalizing the Radiance of Life." The exhibition booth this year is designed around this theme, using the concept of the "Miracle Spaceship," and features three main themed zones: "Forty Years in China," "Revitalizing the Radiance of Life," and "Innovation-Driven Healthy China," as well as the "Miracle Spaceship" cloud exhibition platform.
During the exhibition, a special AD-themed exhibition named "Life Trapped by Itch" was presented. Based on the real-life scenarios of patients, it vividly portrayed the dual physical and psychological challenges and burdens faced by individuals with atopic dermatitis (AD), aiming to raise societal awareness about this patient group and enhance deeper understanding of this highly prevalent disease.

Intelligent Vaccine Appointment and Vaccination Services Move into the "CIIE"
At the 5th CIIE, Sanofi Vaccines and Health Cloud jointly created a digital platform, bringing intelligent vaccine reservation and vaccination services into the CIIE venue.
According to the introduction, getting a flu vaccine in the venue only takes 3 steps: making an appointment – obtaining a barcode voucher – going to the selected community health center (Note: the actual operation is subject to the exhibition hall's instructions).
In addition, the Sanofi vaccine booth features a new generation of unmanned vaccine inoculation cabins equipped with "high-tech" such as AI digital recognition, fully automatic vaccine storage and transmission, and intelligent inoculation injection.
Recently, the Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention released health tips on flu prevention and control for the autumn and winter seasons, indicating a significant risk of increased flu activity this winter and next spring. Experts from the Infectious Disease Management Department of the Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention stated that getting vaccinated against the flu is the most economical and effective way to protect oneself and family members from flu infection, and to reduce severe complications and deaths related to the flu.
Currently, China has approved the listing of trivalent and quadrivalent influenza vaccines. According to monitoring data, both vaccines can effectively cover the strains currently circulating in China.
