Hes眼科 and Johnson & Johnson Vision Sign 2023 Strategic Cooperation Agreement

At the 5th China International Import Expo (hereinafter referred to as "CIIE"), Johnson & Johnson Vision, a subsidiary of Johnson & Johnson, signed a 2023 Strategic Cooperation Agreement with Liaoning He Eye Hospital Group Co., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as "He Eye," stock code: 301103).

After friendly negotiations, Johnson & Johnson Vision will closely cooperate with He Eye in promoting the application of new ophthalmic technologies and products, enhancing cataract surgical techniques among young and middle-aged doctors, and cultivating ophthalmic talent. In the future, both parties will strengthen cooperation in the promotion and application of new cataract diagnosis and treatment technologies and medical equipment, jointly advance the progress of new ophthalmic technologies and products entering the Chinese market, and quickly align with international cutting-edge technologies. Additionally, Johnson & Johnson Vision and He Eye will jointly establish a Refractive Cataract Surgery Demonstration Center and an Astigmatism Standardized Management Demonstration Center to promote high-quality development in refractive cataract diagnosis and treatment.
