During this period, medical technology company Stryker announced a strategic partnership with Qingdao Hightech New Light Technology Co., Ltd., a high-tech enterprise in the medical imaging equipment industry. Through this collaboration, the two parties will tailor an exclusive endoscopic camera system for the Chinese market. This also marks Stryker's first local partnership in China.
In addition, Gilead Sciences has reached and launched strategic cooperation with the Boao Lecheng International Medical Tourism Pilot Zone Administration and the Gongshu District Government of Hangzhou on topics such as the prevention and treatment of viral hepatitis and HIV. To accelerate the clinical research and introduction of innovative drugs, Gilead signed a memorandum of strategic cooperation with the Boao Lecheng International Medical Tourism Pilot Zone Administration to strengthen the pilot implementation of innovative drugs and real-world research in the future. Roche Pharmaceuticals China, together with its ecosystem partners, jointly launched the "Empower the Future – SMA Super Mom Comprehensive Support Program". The program focuses on the unmet needs of the rare disease Spinal Muscular Atrophy (SMA) community, establishing an integrated and comprehensive SMA support system encompassing "screening, diagnosis, treatment, and assurance".
