China Economic Net, November 11 (Reporter Hanlu) -- On November 10, the dynamic information released on the official website of the National Medical Products Administration showed that the innovative medical device "Left Atrial Appendage Occluder System" produced by Hangzhou Nuomao Medical Technology Co., Ltd. has been approved.

The left atrial appendage occluder system consists of a left atrial appendage occluder and a delivery device, where the occluder is composed of a sealing disc and an anchoring disc. The delivery device includes a delivery sheath, dilator, loader, delivery cable, and hemostatic valve. The design of the sealing disc and anchoring disc incorporates innovative patented technology, fully utilizing the self-adaptive properties of the nitinol wire braided structure to meet clinical needs for occluding left atrial appendages of various shapes to a certain extent.

According to reports, this product is suitable for non-valvular atrial fibrillation patients who are at risk of stroke and have long-term contraindications for oral anticoagulation therapy. The product's market launch is expected to benefit more patients.
