The lead compound XNW22013 demonstrated excellent efficacy both as a monotherapy and in combination in preclinical in vivo and in vitro trials, while also showing outstanding safety and drug-like properties.

XNW22013 is a SOS1 inhibitor independently discovered by the Evopoint Biosciences team through rational design. Preclinical experimental results show that XNW22013 exhibits strong activity and high selectivity in inhibiting SOS1 in vitro, while the compound also demonstrates excellent drug-like properties and safety characteristics. In vivo experiments in tumor models indicate that XNW22013 has significant tumor-suppressing efficacy, whether used alone or in combination with other drugs.
