Bayer's Kerendia (Finerenone) Included in China's 2022 National Reimbursement Drug List

Bayer's official Weibo announced on January 19 that recently, Bayer's non-steroidal selective mineralocorticoid receptor antagonist Kerendia® (finerenone tablets) has been included in the "National Basic Medical Insurance, Work-related Injury Insurance, and Maternity Insurance Drug Catalog (2022)." Kerendia was approved for marketing in China in June 2022, for the treatment of adult patients with chronic kidney disease associated with type 2 diabetes.
