Zhifei Biological Signs Renewed Supply, Distribution, and Co-Promotion Agreement with MSD for HPV and Pentavalent Rotavirus Vaccines

Chongqing Zhifei Biological Products Co., Ltd. announced on January 29 that due to the expiration of the original Supply, Distribution and Co-Promotion Agreement signed with MSD on December 22, 2020, which is set to expire on June 30, 2023. After friendly negotiations, both parties signed this new Supply, Distribution and Co-Promotion Agreement on January 21, 2023. This agreement mainly renews the basic procurement amount for five vaccine products that MSD has obtained marketing approval for in mainland China, based on the previous agreement. During the validity of the agreement, the company will continue to purchase agreement products from MSD as stipulated, including HPV vaccines and pentavalent rotavirus vaccines, with a total basic procurement amount exceeding 100 billion yuan.
