Kazinform reported on February 8 that the Ministry of Health of Kazakhstan and AstraZeneca signed a Memorandum of Understanding at the 9th meeting of the Kazakh-British Intergovernmental Commission on Economic, Trade, Scientific, and Cultural Cooperation held in London on the 7th. During the signing of the memorandum, the two parties also discussed the feasibility of assisting AstraZeneca in localizing the production of innovative drugs.
