Porton Biologics Ltd. has an end-to-end gene and cell therapy CDMO service platform, covering areas such as plasmids, cell therapy, gene therapy, oncolytic viruses, nucleic acid therapy, and live bacterial therapies. Benev Bio focuses on the development of T-cell therapies for solid tumors, aiming to address the issue of T-cell exhaustion. Its main products include TIL, TCR-T, and Treg, spanning the fields of oncology and autoimmune diseases. According to the agreement, Porton Biologics will act as a strategic partner to provide CDMO services for multiple R&D pipelines of Benev Bio, including projects such as plasmids, viruses, TIL, TCR-T, and Treg cells.
