Zhonghe Gene has completed a Pre-A+ funding round amounting to tens of millions of RMB. This round was jointly invested by Chinese Academy of Sciences Venture Capital and Tianjin Lingang Fund, with Das Capital acting as the exclusive financial advisor. The proceeds will primarily accelerate equipment product development and commercialization, while also upgrading the company's synthetic service capabilities.

Founded in 2022 in Tianjin, China, Zhonghe Gene is a national high-tech enterprise focused on developing and commercializing green synthesis equipment based on enzymatic DNA synthesis technology. The company has successfully developed and commercialized products including the TIESyno®-96 DNA bio-synthesizer, a gene splicing instrument, and related reagent consumables for DNA biosynthesis, supported by over 30 core intellectual property assets.

Additionally, the company has established a gene synthesis platform using its self-developed equipment, setting up six fully automated production lines. It now offers TIESyno®-GENE enzymatic gene synthesis services externally and has formed strategic collaborations with multiple universities, research institutes, and enterprises. Once operational, these production lines can synthesize hundreds of genes simultaneously, ensuring technology service products can be delivered in as little as five days.
