Jacobi Pharmaceuticals Announces Clinical Collaboration with MSD to Evaluate CD73 Monoclonal Antibody JAB-BX102 in Combination with KEYTRUDA® (pembrolizumab) for Advanced Solid Tumors

Beijing, Shanghai, and BostonMarch 22, 2023 /PR Newswire/ --Jacobio Pharmaceuticals (1167.HK) announced a clinical collaboration with MSD (MSD is the corporate name of Merck & Co., Inc. in Kenilworth, NJ, USA) to evaluate Jacobio's CD73 monoclonal antibody JAB-BX102 in combination with MSD's PD-1 inhibitor KEYTRUDA.^®(Pembrolizumab) Combination Therapy Effect.

This clinical study will be used to evaluate JAB-BX102 with KEYTRUDA^®Clinical efficacy in combination for advanced solid tumors. Under the terms of the agreement, MSD will provide KEYTRUDA.^®。

JAB-BX102 is a CD73 humanized monoclonal antibody independently developed by Jacobio. It received the Investigational New Drug (IND) approval from the U.S. FDA in October 2021 and from China's CDE in March 2022.
