Everest Medicines Receives Full $280 Million Upfront Payment from Gilead's Subsidiary Related to Trodelvy Asia Rights Transaction

On March 27, Everest Medicines announced that it had received the full upfront payment of US$280 million related to the Asian rights transaction for Trodelvy® from Immunomedics, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Gilead Sciences. The company also received an additional US$34 million in other fees associated with the Trodelvy® transaction.
