The main body of this spin-off, Salubris Medtech, focuses on the research, development, production, and sales of innovative medical devices in the field of vascular interventional therapy. It belongs to the medical device sector and maintains a high degree of independence from the company's main pharmaceutical business and other innovation-driven operations. This spin-off will not substantially affect the ongoing operations of the company’s other business segments.
