About XNW5004
XNW5004 is a small molecule EZH2 inhibitor with high selectivity and high activity independently developed by Evopoint Biosciences. EZH2 plays a crucial role in a series of pathological processes including tumorigenesis, progression, and tumor immunity. Inhibitors targeting EZH2 have demonstrated significant efficacy in hematological malignancies.
Preclinical trial results indicate that XNW5004, used alone or in combination with other drugs including PD-1 antibodies, has demonstrated excellent anti-tumor efficacy and safety in various hematological malignancy and solid tumor models. In the recently completed Phase I clinical trial, XNW5004 also showed superior efficacy and safety compared to other EZH2 selective inhibitors in its class. Some of the Phase I study results were presented at the ASH meeting held in December 2022.
