March 31, 2023, Changsha, at the 17th National Congress of Laboratory Medicine (NCLM) of the Chinese Medical Association,Thermo Fisher Scientific (hereinafter referred to as "Thermo Fisher") and Shanghai Ningxi Biological Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Ningxi Biological") have successfully signed the MAS Quality Control Products Strategic Cooperation Agreement.

Thermo Fisher Scientific and Shanghai Ningxi Biological Technology signed the MAS Quality Control Products Strategic Cooperation Agreement on the spot at the 17th National Congress of Laboratory Medicine of the Chinese Medical Association (NCLM).

"Through this strategic cooperation with Shanghai Ningxi Biological Technology, Thermo Fisher Scientific has introduced the MAS high-complexity quality control products to better serve testing customers and simplify their workflow. The products introduced in this cooperation include a 72-item immunoassay composite control and a 17-item cardiac composite control. We believe that as the strategic cooperation between the two parties deepens, more quality control products will be introduced into China to serve testing departments in the country."

At the signing ceremony, special guest Mr. Wu Jiong, Director of the Laboratory Department at Jiahui International Hospital, presented a talk titled "A Brief Discussion on Third-Party Quality Control Products in Clinical Laboratories." He also analyzed what clinical laboratories truly need in quality control products: highly complex, liquid-stable, long shelf-life quality control products.
