Legend Biotech Announces Service Agreement with Novartis for BCMA CAR-T Therapy Cilta-cel

(01548) announced that Legend Biotech (a non-wholly owned subsidiary of the company, whose shares are listed on the Nasdaq Global Select Market in the U.S. in the form of American Depositary Shares) has submitted a Form 6-K to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and announced that Legend Biotech USA Inc., Janssen Research & Development, LLC (collectively referred to as “Partners” together with Legend Biotech), and Novartis Pharmaceuticals Corporation (Novartis) have entered into a Master Agreement for the Technology Transfer, Manufacturing, and Clinical Supply Services of BCMA CAR-T Products. According to the agreement, the Partners and Novartis will initiate necessary technology transfer activities so that Novartis can execute the manufacturing process of the Partners' cilta-cel.
