Sandoz Secures Exclusive U.S. Commercialization Rights for Six Products Through Partnership with Adalvo

SmartCom Finance APP learned that Sandoz, a generic drug company under Novartis (NVS.US), announced on Thursday that it has signed a distribution and cooperation agreement with Adalvo. Sandoz has obtained exclusive commercial rights for six products in the United States. These products cover key therapeutic areas, including antifungal/antibiotics, oncology, and pulmonary. It is expected that four of these six products will be launched first.

These products are planned to launch in 2024, with a potential total market size of approximately $3 billion.

This collaboration is expected to further advance Sandoz's product portfolio in the major U.S. generic drug market.
