On May 9, GE Healthcare announced the appointment of James "Jay" Saccaro as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (CFO), succeeding Helmut Zodl, who will continue to lead special projects related to the GE split. These changes will take effect on June 1, 2023. Prior to joining the company, Saccaro worked at Baxter International.
