Novo Nordisk in Talks to Acquire French Medtech Firm Biocorp for €154 Million

Gelonghui June 5th丨Novo Nordisk, the Danish pharmaceutical company, stated that it has entered into exclusive negotiations with Bio Jag to acquire its entire stake in Biocorp Production SA. This transaction values the French medical device manufacturer at 154.4 million euros.
